Victory is a lifestyle. And few know this better than Mary.
With a resume that includes 6 USA Triathlon All-American honors and 6 Ironman finishes (so far…), Mary knows that nutrition, bio-feedback and general wellness are just as vital to your achievement as the training itself.
Now, she’s using her 25 years of fitness experience to help every athlete pursue their victory, chase their achievement and live their triumph.
Director of Aquatic Operations and Swim School
Achievement is for all ages.
As you probably know, the pool can be a scary place for kids. Just dipping their toes for the first time is a victory in itself. But the moment your child sets foot in the water is more than just a single triumph; it’s the start of something great.
Nora has coached swim teams for 35 years; so she knows that when kids start chasing goals, their courage becomes intrinsic and accessible. The pursuit of achievement – “the journey, rather than the destination” – becomes something they truly value. And victory becomes a habit for life.
Director of Cycling
If you’re chasing victory, it pays to have a coach who understands it.
An Olympian who has triumphed at 7 Ironmans and 27 Ironman 70.3 races (and counting…), Andy knows what it takes to chase your victory at this demanding sport.
You have to be proactive, every workout on your own terms. You have to perfect the “little things,” like transitions and diet and pre-race routine. And you have to know what you’re after – your reason for spending those early mornings with your heart pumping in our cycling facility.
As the architect of our virtual triathlete program, Andy will supplement your training with a rare brand of hard-earned wisdom – the kind that only comes from miles, grit and years of chasing victory.
Director of Fitness Operations
Success is a science.
Theresa McCabe has been studying it her entire life.
At LABS, she combines her experience as a National Aerobic & Fitness Champion with a degree in Exercise Science, matching medals with mental expertise to give each program the calculated regimen of a champion.
Because victory is by design, and Theresa is its architect.
Jack Jones, DPT
Director of Physical Therapy
Triumph is for those who plan ahead.
So, while “rehab” has a retroactive ring to it, Jack knows that health should be central to the everyday training of every athlete.
Jack’s proactive approach to rehabilitation is born from both his deep education and personal pursuits. A Doctor of Physical Therapy and a triathlete who’s competed around the world, Jack is the mind behind Lab’s in-house PT Solutions center, the coordinator of our cycling division and yet another powerhouse leader of our staff.
