In this 6-week clinic, our coaches will guide you through a progression of drills and exercises, including:
- Speed-enhancement drills
- Running mechanics
- Agility drills
- Specific-power exercises for acceleration and explosiveness
- Nutrition & recovery lessons
Along the way, you’ll improve performance. Gain versatility. Learn how to stay injury-free. And you won’t do it alone: You’ll be joined by a community of like-minded athletes chasing victory by your side.
