We’re all chasing victory. We’re stronger when we chase it together. When we grit our teeth and ride.

Because the weather’s heating up, so is our Summer Cycling series. With our muscle-blasting Group Ride classes, there are many ways to get your fitness journey rolling.

When we bike outside to get our long miles in, the nooks and crevices of the pavement will push you to your limit on every stretch. The wind will hum a victory chant.

And when we cycle indoors? You’ll stoke the fires of a non-stop group effort, like our new Potts Power hour classes. Exclusive to Labs members, each workout is custom-designed by legendary triathlete Andy Potts. These amped-up rides are sure to build both muscle and confidence.

Any seasoned athlete will tell you that success is a cycle. So let’s ride.

Outdoor rides begin on May 20th. We will meet at the 95th St. pedestrian bridge, right behind the TREK store. In the event of bad weather, scheduled outdoor rides will be moved to the CT room.
